Bakbeest

Bakbeest is our multimedia beast. It's an Athlon machine . We are still looking for a video-capture card to make it a complete video-editing machine (see also our wish list. If you're experienced with V4L, some help with installation and configuration will be very welcome.

Update: the installation has begun, sofar we have:

CPU: Athlon 1200Mhz.
RAM: 645MB
harddisk: 75GB
OS: Debian/Linux (Etch)
Kernel: 2.6.14
IP: 10.0.0.69
Extra's:
- ATI Radeon 9600 video card with 128MB memory and Composite/S-video/DVI out
- FireWire
- DVD-player
- USB scanner
- a nice 21" monitor.

After a lot of compilation errors, Cinelerra CV works!
